Superfree Food

In reality, the 1/3rd superfree is a recommendation rather than a rule, so some people can get away without it sometimes - I'm not one of them :( but I love all veg except Peas & Fennel so I don't mind :)

1/3rd superfree is an extra easy rule, hun its 2/3rds free and 1/3rd superfree for every meal

A: No, we'd never insist you eat in a way that might not suit you. However, we encourage you to include a third of a plate of Superfree Food to keep Extra Easy extra low energy density (low calorie), extra satisfying and extra healthy to optimise weight loss.

I do that if I'm only having a mugshot I'll have some fruit with it (which I suspect you meant making it part of a meal rather than a desert option :p) I understand where your coming from :p
