Are baked beans superfree? I have lost 1lb this week and really want a good weight loss this coming week so I'm upping the superfree as suggested in my last post by you lovely lot

No they are SUPERSPEED, you need to read through the list of superfree in your book again

Superfree is most fruit and veg, there's a thread in off topic called what superfree have you eaten today, that should give u some pointers x

If I want a good week I try to choose the stuff that is superfree and superspeed to give me a boost, like strawberries and melon, etc
