I have about 20 syns to play with until Saturday and I'm considering 'spending' 4 on a slice of bread with flora and a egg..mm egg butty.

Anything nice and free or reasonably synned (on a green day) thats not too heavy for this time of night?

oooh, boil an egg, chop it up, boil like 4 new pots, chop em up, chop up some red onion, mix it all with some extra light mayo and a teaspoon of mustard.

I am obsessed with mini pizza's right now! Make up smash with water (to a doughy consistency) and add basil, salt and pepper. Roll out and cut to a mini pizza and put in the oven sprayed with fry light for about 10/15 mins. Take out and spread with passata, italian herbs and 10g red.fat cheese and pop back into the oven for a couple of mins until the cheese has melted. Luvverly!

I opted for a omelette but next time I'm getting me some chopped up potty salad.
