I take cider vinegar tablets at the moment as I get a bit of arthritis in my fingers
Will I have to stop taking these when I start LL next week?

Good question Daisy - not sure how the acidic qualities would affect ketosis. Best to ask your LLC and call HQ and ask the medical team.
