so not usually one to post and share.. I was going to do an Instagram page but I'm not confident enough for that!
I joined slimming world online a few weeks ago and I've been on and off.. I was hoping this might help for consistency.
I'm transitioning to vegetarian for ethical reasons.. Not a fan of eggs and trying to reduce dairy.. again for ethical reasons.
I also do weight training in the gym and lots of yoga. I did well yesterday for a Saturday and want to be on track today! I haven't actually weighed myself out of fear but I'm not big.. just the chubby side of average really?
But yeah, thanks for reading. Hopefully I will be consistent!
