Hi.. :oops: so not usually one to post and share.. I was going to do an Instagram page but I'm not confident enough for that!

I joined slimming world online a few weeks ago and I've been on and off.. I was hoping this might help for consistency.

I'm transitioning to vegetarian for ethical reasons.. Not a fan of eggs and trying to reduce dairy.. again for ethical reasons.

I also do weight training in the gym and lots of yoga. I did well yesterday for a Saturday and want to be on track today! I haven't actually weighed myself out of fear but I'm not big.. just the chubby side of average really?

But yeah, thanks for reading. Hopefully I will be consistent!

Welcome in! You can do this. :D

If you're weight training it can cause havoc with the numbers on the scales (the one time SW and exercise don't mix, sadly) so keep going for it with the training and rely more on weekly body measurements to keep track of your progress and don't worry too much about the results on the scale. :D
