I was going to say the same thing. It does seem that water intake is critical to lose weight on CD. Your in ketosis so it sounds like your doing everything right. Maybe just uping your water is all you need to do.

I have been having 3 litres a day, do you think I need to drink more, I am not sure I can cope with anymore.

3litres is a good bit. during my week one i only drank 2.5lites and lost 14lbs. Perhaps try for another litre?? it does seem a bit strange but the diet def works
