Hi Sal -- I hope you are having a good weekend.
@Nikki -- Thanks. I'll have to try one and see if I like it. I do feel better when I stick to lactose free.

Watch tv salGood job I don't have work tomorrow, I'm still wide wide awake! I'd forgotten about this CD induced insomnia. Luckily it only lasts a couple of nights! I've also got the sweet taste in my mouth that usually accompanies ketosis, so fingers crossed I'll have a pink stick on the morning. But for now what to do to pass the time???

i tend to get into ketosis quite quickly, so i'm lucky. 2 shakes down and 2 to go. got some different flavours. strawberry, vanilla, cappucino, 1 banana lol. i also got soup and am trying a mushroom one.
i am 13st 7lbs (hangs head in shame)!
I said hell no, I was going to look around for better, they had the cheek to say I wouldn't find better because of my recent claim, I had a go at them about the whole point of No Claims bonus etc and was told that the premiums would be even higher if I didn't have it.
:7600: Huh I totally forgot about this..... I got my car insurance renewal letter the other day and although I was expecting my premiums to go up I wasnt prepared for it to go up quite as much as it did. It actually DOUBLED!!!!!!So I rang them up because whats the point of having 10 years no claims if the premium is still going to double when you have a bump. They said that was the best they could offer, did I want to renew today?

Anyway I went and had a look for my own insurance, Direct Line has always worked out cheaper in the past for me which is why I've stuck with them for 10 years but they've screwed me over and I managed to get better cover, with the same amount of excess for £25 more than what I was paying last year. The extra £25 was for a guarenteed hire car, which I didn't have with Direct Line. Plus I got a discount for already being an AA member.
Even if I hadn't have found anything cheaper than Direct Line there's no way I was staying with them if thats how they treat loyal customers. But I was stunned to find that almost all the companies on the price comparison website saved me £200 - £500. A$$holes!!!!!!:flamingmad:
