that's kind of my thinking? it is super healthy...if it's free then I'm there for lunch every day!

Fraid not my loves unless you are making it yourself from scratch. The ones you buy are all synned. The snack pack in M&S is 1 syn - & worth it imo.

I know the m&s vegetarian sushi is 1 syn. No idea about meat ones as I'm veggie.

I often pick up a pack if I haven't brought lunch.
