Hello Suzie..big hug as not been here in ages X Divine food pic! Mega jealous of those cherries

Everything looks so temptingly yummy and fresh...miles better than Aldi

. Going to start playing catch up on your diary...I see you're doing the med diet and clean eating, I'm trying to do that with Dave but so far he's not really liking it, so will be looking to you for hints. Today's food sounds excellent, right up my street ( wish it was right on my plate! In fact I think I'll have that tomorrow

) X
Tibbs!!! How lovely to see you back hun! I am loving the fresh fruit and veg, it's such good quality - it does take a while to get used to buying seasonally, rather than strolling into Tescos and getting whatever you want, whenever

. But am going with the flow happily now

.
I've now signed up to a weekly organic veg box...
Great idea Claire Bear - there's also some fab recipes on the Riverford Farm page.
Morning all - nearly lunchtime now and we're back in from the vet - a lovely woman, who wanted to practice her English so it was easy to explain the problem. She took an x-ray and Stella wasn't full of poo as I expected, but has a bladder infection - so it's easily treatable with tablets. She must have been number two-ing outside! Hope she keeps that up because oh my gawd her poo can smell!

We're both feeling much happier now!
L - chickpea salad with green beans, lettuce, toms, cucumber, green pepper and greek salad dressing plus focaccia (598)
D - veg coconut curry with courgetti (437)
S - stewed apple with apricots and plain yogurt, maybe some cherries (330)
Total - 1,365
Not sure if I'll get through all that - the race is on to eat everything up before it goes off!
And bless - just had a visit from the old guy across the road who brought me a huge fig and a dozen apricots! He was trying to say something about the car and it being fresh...but no idea!
