OK here goes. I have stayed the same weight for the last two weeks and disappointed so have decided to begin a food diary. Hopefully I can be corrected if I am going wrong somewhere.

For Breakfast
2 x boiled eggs
2 x 400g toast
slither of low fat spread (2 syns??)
Grapes and plums

For lunch
Fresh salmon
pasta
tomatoes, cucumber, onions, pepper
2 tbsp of extra light mayo (3 syns?)

For tea
Classic chicken curry
with peppers, onions, mushrooms
rice (dried)
plum and muller light yoghurt for dessert

3 x laughing cow light triangles for snack

Total syns for the day - 5

Well I'm back after a long absence. 2013 WILL be the year I become slim again. I am finally in the right frame of mind. My divorce was finalised the day before my 40th Birthday in October. I have settled in my lovely new home and my two children are happy, well and loved to bits. The biggest thing to conquer now is my weight gain. I have realised now before that it was too difficult to diet with all that was going on in my life but I am now content and ready to put myself out in the living world again. I'm the biggest I have ever been at the moment which is 11 st 6. It may not sound much but considering my comfortable weight is around 9 stone I do feel I am not attractive at the moment and need to get my confidence back.

Day 1

Breakfast - 2 x poached eggs on two wholemeal toast little ketchup - (1 syn)
Black coffee
Glass of water

Lunch

Cheese, potato and onion pie

Tea

Cheese, leek & ham pasta 'n' sauce (1 syn)
Banana

1 litre of water

Overnight (working a nightshift)

Chicken pieces with salad and a little light french dressing (2 syns??)
Apple mango and grapes fruit pack

Well today so far I have been 100% on plan but still have a way to go as I am working a night shift.

Breakfast (which was at 1430hrs )- Cheese, potato and onion pie. hexb

Lunch - made a spicy carrot and sweet potato soup

4 x laughing cow blue triangles - Hexb

batchelors deli box chow mein snack pot 1 syn

Sugar snap peas


I have attended a bootcamp set up in my area this evening which was a very intense work-out. It was hard but so glad I did it

Just realised I have had only 1 syn today - wasn't intentional

So sorry - Have not been able to update the last few days as my lap-top at home has crashed - Updating this from work. Stilll going well. Made Pete's turkey kebabs with rice yesterday which was lovely but think it needed some kind of sauce as I found it a little dry. Made a load of rice though mixed with onions, peppers, mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn so have brtought some of that into work with me today.

Going to boot-camp again today. Hope to god I don't ache as much as I did after last Wednesday
