A quick check of my stats from last time shows I'm still 21lbs off my original starting weight, which for spending about a year and a half eating anything that stood still is pretty... not good, obviously, but at least not thoroughly disheartening.
Last time around I lost about 5st, then hit that plateau. And stayed there for months on end. It got really tedious, and being an emotional eater I... yes, started eating all the calories again.
Now I'm back to being that odd shape that just can't find clothes that fit - or ones which just emphasise all the wobbly bits. Time to go again, but I'm hoping that I've since learned how plateaus work, and that when I hit one this time I'll be able to fix it.
I'll let you know in a few months if that idea works hahaha!
