SW adjectives

I have just decided that Dukan is too boring for me and the side effects are too, a-hem, painful to continue so it's SW all the way

just wanting some inspiration and wondered if you could give two or three adjectives which describe slimming world for you. Eg liberating or delicious. If you don't want to be positive and are feeling fed up feel free to use less superlative adjectives
