I was wondering if there was any one who had continued, successfully on the SW plan through a pregnancy?

Do you have to follow the same plan or are there extra things you have to have?

Yes you just follow the plan as normal, you only get more HEs if you are breastfeeding after the birth. You'd need to get a permission slip signed off by your midwife but that shouldn't be problem. I've seen people who weighed less at 9 months than they did when they conceived. It's a really healthy plan and the only one approved by the Royal College of Midwives.
