SW Chips - How do i syn them on a day??

How do i syn SW Chips on a red day and do you have to keep the skin on.

Also are healthy extra's if counting them as syns for the same weight/size worth 6 syns

Well you would syn them as you normally would potato, thats all they are. Any oil you have is extra.
If you can have potato as a HE then do them as you would.

If you are using the potatoes as a HEb you have to keep the skin on. If you are synning them you don't have to keep the skin on.
HEb's are usually worth around 6 syns.
