Hi Guys!

Sorry if there is already a thread for this. People keep asking me about the extras you can have on the total solution... wondering where to get them, or what they are... so I thought I'd post all the info here.

I've listed the links in red for anything that people have asked my about. Mpst things are linked to tesco, but available in most supermarkets. The waldens sauces are only available online.

Total Solution EXTRAS List


Total Solution is an abstinence based programme where you consume either 3 x 200 calorie or 4 x150 calorie Exante Diet food packs per day and no conventional food. For best results you should consume:


  • 3 x 200 calorie or 4 x 150 calorie Exante Diet meal products per day - Just in case anyone is totally new!
  • 2 - 4 litres of water per day (still or sparkling)
Food packs should be prepared without the use of oil/fat

Coffee, no milk - freeze dried (flavoured or regular), freshly roasted, decaffeinated or regularUnlimited

Queen Bizzle you are a diamond!!! I have often seen the walden thing but never bothered to look at the website.....AMAZING!!! I can go back to having a mocha and sauces on porridge/pancakes!! Zero fat, sugars, carbs and calories.....how?!?! Who cares as long as they taste good!! They will be getting a big order from me tomo!! Thanks so much for posting that - eeek I'm excited! (How sad it's such little things that get me excited!!) :) :) :) x
