SW Coleslaw - help please

Hello everyone, I'm very new to SW and trying the EE plan.
I keep seeing mention of SW Coleslaw and I know that you can get those packets of ready cut in Asda but have no idea what to mix it with...

Have tried a search but still not been able to find it. I'm assuming that it might be yoghurt (but then again it might be from frais ??)

Can anyone point me in the right direction please

You could try total 0% yogurt, which will make it free or extra light mayo which is 0.5 syns per tbsp.

I think I would do a mixture of the two - a little bit of mayo for the flavour and then add enough yoghurt to get the right consistency. Mmm, might have to try that now!

i add extra light mayo (0.5 syns per tbsp), white wine vinegar and salt and pepper. use lots of carrot to give it sweetness and its best left overnight so the flavours mingle.

I like mandarin muller light with 1 tbs vlf mayo it makes a lovely fruity dressing for the coleslaw-honest.

How about grating a bit of apple in for added sweetness.
