SW countdown to wedding...

Cake didn't taste great very dry :(
Going really well lost 2lb this week now down to 11,10 whoop whoop which was my club target when I was at group :)
Made a disasterous 1/2 syn cake as forgot to put the quark in lol was a giant scramble egg cake haha

Rejoining group tonight in the last burst before the wedding, gotten first fitting in two weeks and final on 4/5 weeks. So the countdown is defo on!!
Not looking forward to weigh in At all!!

So been and am back lol, wi

11,11 which is brill, 4lbs lighter than the last time I was at weigh in in June:)
As always I weigh 1lb heavier on their scales for some unknown reason

So food today, was only sw friendly from dinner as I only decided to get back on th wagon at 4pm Nd went to the 5pm group haha

Breakfast - alpen high fibre golden crunch
Lunch - egg mayo sandwich on granary from Starbucks
Dinner - sw potatoes (boiled then 1cal fried in pan) with beans, bacon medallions, 1cal fried egg

Hexa - milk
Gexb - ill say bread as I had it on sandwich this afternoon.

Tomorrow start as I mean to go on now :)

Tues 27th aug

Breakfast - coffee hexa alpen light hexb
Lunch - scrambled eggs, bacon medallions, plum toms, muller, alpen light hexb
Snack - rye ryita 1.5 syns, sliced ham
Dinner - pasta, passata, spinach, sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms :) yum

So had a pitta wholemeal with my tea at 8 syns and a ww Greek yogurt at .5 syns so that's all my syns for today

Meant to mention, I have hired a Vibro Plate for 4 weeks to see if it is any cop, been in for 25 mins tonight and I can feel tingly and itchy already just like when I used to finish a run haha

Maybe lose a few inches :)

So my exercise whilst on this new jaunt of sw is
Teaching my zumba Monday and Wednesday
Vibro plate 20 mins everyday
At least one toning session inthe gym
Maybe one Pilates/yoga class a week :)
Anything else in between is a bonus

Hi

Wed 28th aug

Breaki- two hard boiled eggs and two alpen bars hexb
Lunch - aisles Harriet cous cous 2 syns, toms, cucumber and chicken breast, muller
Snack - small small slice of tomato pizza not even a proper triangle but gonna say 5 syns
Dinner - bowl of homemade stew, all free bar gravy 2 syns, coke 3 syns wheaten 5 syns

6 pints I water :)

Delivered wedding invites to parents tonight :) excited much

Thurs 29th


Breaki - 2 alpen bar hexb
Lunch- two small ones, rainbow rice ( rice, sweetcorn, peppers, carrot, ham) then a bowl of baked beans, muller yogourt
Snack - carrot sticks, Heinz Tom soup sachet 7 syns.

Some running around doing things so only cooling now

Snack - chicken satay pieces (no coating just spices)
Dinner - Portobello mushrooms stuffed with cauggette broccoli pepper chicken, and topped with cottage cheese with chives :)
In oven cooking
And if after all that I'm still hungry I have strawberries and bananas and oranges toget through :)

Caved a little last night and had a few peices of dark choc

Friday 30th aug
Breakfast - banana two alpen hexb
Lunch - mixed salad leaves, fresh beetroot, chicken, cucumber, muller, mayo 4 syns orange
Snack- two medallions of bacon, and I have been given a very large cauggette from a friend incase you see I keep eating it, it is 1.5 foot long, and maybe 6 inches wide haha, so had 4 big medallions iof that flavoured with stock pepper and salt then fried with fry light
My hexa as usual is milk :) canny live without tea and coffee

Got a wedding this weeken and we are staying over it is in a lovely castle in co Monaghan so excited, food I think will be ok, it will just b the alcohol :(

Ok so the rest of today's food looks like....

Late snack - sainsburys micro rice 2 syns
Late late dinner - dry fried chicken chow mein with homemade gravy 2 syns, was very dry and tasted like the wok so couldn't finish it, handfuls of chip, say 6 syns. 14 syns total :)
Tan, nails done for the wedding tomorrow whoop excited

Haven't done diaries for a whole, this wedding planning business is time consuming haha

Have kept to plan and this week had a loss of 3lb
Now down to 11,8 :) yay
