Hi everyone, just a quickie; I will be making the SW Creamy Pasta Bake tomorrow and I was wondering how long it would last without freezing.

I personally would not keep it any longer than the day after if not being frozen

Thank you thats what I thought. If I do freeze it would I cook it from frozen?

I made this today. Followed the recipe, it smelt amazing however after I baked it for 20mins the fromage frais went all bitsy and it wasn't very nice. What did I do wrong? :-(
