SW-extra easy-low syn snacks/fast meals

Hi everyone

I'm following slimming world,extra easy and I'm wondering if you can help me out with low syn snacks and quick easy meals.

I love the fridge raiders!and there low syns.

Does anyone have any quick easy recipes for dinners,lunches that are freezeable ... Slow cooker friendly?

how many syns are those fridge raiders i've always wondered?! x

if i fancy a quick meal, i have Heinz Spaghetti Bolognase or Ravioli 400g tin = 3 syns! I had it with my HEXB of bread and spread some extra light laughing cow cheese on HEXA for dipping into my spag bol...YUM!
