I've been on slimming world for 3 months now and had some good weeks and some bad! Only gained 1 week (2 lb after a holiday!) and all other weeks have lost something, but not usually much these days since I'm being very lazy with it!
I'm doing my own easy slimming world diet!! It's called extra extra easy! I don't bother with any counting of super free... Some days might involve very little super free! I choose the easiest meals to cook and have 15 syns per day or as close as possible. Some weeks I have a lot more syns than I'm supposed to il be honest!)
Oh well, At least I'm going in right direction all be it slowly! Hopefully one week il try having a super super free week and get the boost I need!
I'm hoping writing it all down will help me stay on track!
Today
Breakfast: 35g oats mixed with 0% fat yoghurt & bit of sweetner, coffee
Snack: meringue (2.5 syn)
Lunch: jacket potato, beans, salad,
Snack: sweet potato wedges with paprika, 4 maltesers (approx 2 syns) rich tea biscuit (2 syns)
Dinner: sw chicken nuggets (3 syns), beans (a very beany day!!), slimming world chips
Snack: Tesco mini whippy bar (3.5) coffee
HeA: 250ml ss milk for my many coffees!
HeB: oats
Syns: 13
