SW food diary to keep me on track.

I've been on slimming world for 3 months now and had some good weeks and some bad! Only gained 1 week (2 lb after a holiday!) and all other weeks have lost something, but not usually much these days since I'm being very lazy with it!
I'm doing my own easy slimming world diet!! It's called extra extra easy! I don't bother with any counting of super free... Some days might involve very little super free! I choose the easiest meals to cook and have 15 syns per day or as close as possible. Some weeks I have a lot more syns than I'm supposed to il be honest!)
Oh well, At least I'm going in right direction all be it slowly! Hopefully one week il try having a super super free week and get the boost I need!

I'm hoping writing it all down will help me stay on track!

Today
Breakfast: 35g oats mixed with 0% fat yoghurt & bit of sweetner, coffee

Snack: meringue (2.5 syn)

Lunch: jacket potato, beans, salad,

Snack: sweet potato wedges with paprika, 4 maltesers (approx 2 syns) rich tea biscuit (2 syns)

Dinner: sw chicken nuggets (3 syns), beans (a very beany day!!), slimming world chips

Snack: Tesco mini whippy bar (3.5) coffee

HeA: 250ml ss milk for my many coffees!
HeB: oats

Breakfast: Slimming world pancakes (oat & ff yoghurt) tiny bit of oil cos ran out of frylite after 1 batch (2 syn)
Snack: Meringue (2.5 syns)
Lunch: Jacket potato, tin of spaghetti, bit of margarine (2 syns)
Snack: Pear
Dinner: Spaghetti carbonara (creme fraiche half fat 3 syns, parmasan heA + 1 syn), Muller light vanilla n choc
Snack: Tesco mini whippy bar (3.5 syns)

HeA = dash of milk in coffee plus parmasan
HeB = 35g oats
Syns = 14

Saturday - A complete day off but ill write it down anyway!

Breakfast: Slimming world pancakes... ran out of yoghurt so used quark... not good! they had the texture of the bottom of a slipper!

Lunch - Jacket potato, beans, tiny bit of margarine (2 syns)

Snack - Meringue (2.5syns)

Dinner - Chicken wrapped in bacon with brie, new potatoes, veg, white wine sauce (1 billion syns)

Pud: Choc melt in the middle pudding with cream (1 trillion syns)

Snack: Half a tub of Ben & Jerrys (1 zillion syns!)

Sunday - Back on track!

Breakfast - 2 x chocolate weetabix(using HeB) with milk from HeA (2 syns)

Lunch - Fatless bacon and alphabetti spaghetti, Muller lite with meringue (2.5 syns)

Snack - Nice biscuit (2 syns)

Dinner - Chicken, onion and peppers with fajita spice on a bed of noodles (2 syns for fajita spice), fat free yog

Snack - CurlyWurly (6 syns)

HeA = Milk
HeB - weetabix (+2syn)
Syns = 14.5

WEIGH IN DAY! gained 1lb! Completely deserved that after saturdays DISASTER!

Still on track today though.

Breakfast: Slimming world pancakes with FF yoghurt 1 tiny bite of the crust of my babys toast which im counting as 1 syn!
Lunch: Mullerlight & banana
Snack: Meringue (2.5 syns)
Dinner: Slimming world spaghetti bolognese & another mullerlight
Snack: Curly Wurly (6 syns), Rich Tea (2) Cadbury Highlites hot choc (2)

HeA = Milk for hot choc and coffees
HeB = Oats for pancakes
Syns = 13.5

Eek not been on here for a week!
Week went something like this:
Wed : Day off - went to a lovely cafe and couldnt NOT have a big bakewell slice and hot chocolate so decided to have a SW free day.
Thurs: Back on it
Fri: On it
Saturday: Well and truly a day off! Had lunch out, cake, indian takeaway with curry, rice, all the trimmings, ben & jerrys and lots of wine ... OOPS!
Sunday - On it

Monday - WEIGH DAY - LOST 2 lb! Yay

Tues - On it but cant remember what i ate

Today:

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix with milk

Lunch - Bowl of Spaghetti hoops LOL (had NOTHING to eat in my cupboards so had to have this as an emergency.. i wouldnt recommend!)

Snack - Pear, Meringue (2.5 syns)
Snack - 4 x Mikado (2 syns)

Dinner (not had yet!): Carbonara made with half fat creme fraiche (5 syns)

Snack - treatsize twix - (5 syns)

Total syns = 14.5
HeA = milk
HeB - weetabix
Superfree (adding this cos its my new aim to have MORE!) pear, tomato, chives, peas, onion, garlic,

Okay this appears to be becoming a weekly update!! Not good! I'm really struggling at the moment with this last stone.
Tues: stuck to it
Wed: stuck to it
Thurs: mega food eating day,billions of syns!
Fri: stuck to it
Sat: mega food day, zillion syns
Sun: stuck to it
Mon: blew it again, lots of badness
Which brings us to today:

Breakfast: overnight oats with berries
Snack: banana

Lunch: jacket potato (1 syn cos it was a frozen 1)o, lean bacon, beans, sprinkling of cheese from heA, margarine (1syn)

Snack: meringue and mullerlite (2.5)

Dinner: tandoori chicken done using 0% ff yog,rice, poppadoms (6 syns)

Snack: fudge sweet (2.5)

Lunch: sainsburys be good sausages and beans (3 syns)
Snack: muller light / meringue/ rich tea finger (3.5 syns)
Dinner: sainsburys be good pasta bake ready meal (4.5 syns)
Snack: funsize milkyway (3.5 syns)

Total syns: 14
HeA: milk for copious amounts of coffee needed to survive looking after a fussy baby
HeB: porridge oats

Not great today though :(

Breakfast: overnight oats with strawberry and redcurrants

Lunch: jkt potato with beans and sprinkle of cheese (heA)

Dinner: cajun chicken & noodles (2.5 syn)

Snacks: 2 rich tea fingers (2) 2 mini milky ways (7) and loads and loads of savory cheese snack biscuit things (probably 30 syns!!)

Who knows why I caved and had the cheese snacks! I was doing so well! :( :( :(

Well done on a pound loss after a bad week xx i done same as you and had a bad day sunday so if u can still lose a pound im hoping i can too lol

Hey thanks. I usually find its the week AFTER the bad week i tend to gain so am dreading weigh in tomorrow!!

Yesterday:
Breakfast : Weetabix x 2 (HeB) and milk (HeA)

Lunch: Jacket potato and beans, meringue (2.5 syns), muller light

Dinner: Paprika chicken casserole (off slimming eats blog, it was deeeelicious!) with roast potatoes.

Sainsburys summer fruit sponge pudding with ff yog (4.5 syns)

Snack: Milkyway (3.5 syns)


TODAY:

Breakfast: Slimming world pancakes (HeB oats) with banana and ff yog
Lunch: Noodles with soy sauce and peas (really weird lunch but i had to be inventive today!!)
Meringue (2.5syns). FF yog
Snack: 4.5 syns worth of mikado
Dinner: SW Best ever bolognese with spaghetti.. YUM
Snack: Meringue (2.5), Milkyway (3.5 syn)

It's a maintain week this week :)

SW chicken nuggets are:
Diced chicken dipped in egg and coated with a blitzed up wholemeal roll (either as ur Healthy b or synned), mustard powder and chopped mixed herbs (and whatever other spices u like I guess) put on a baking tray in oven and served with sw chips and loads of beans. My daughter loves it.

Dinner: sw chicken and potato curry with rice and 3 poppadoms (6 syns)

Snacks = 2 meringue (5 syns) 4 syns of mikados
