SW food diary

Hello everyone, I just started slimming world today and decided to start a forum as I think it'll help keep me on track with what I'm eating and I would also really appreciate any tips/advice as I'm still trying to get the hang of the whole syns thing!

Okay so today I had...

Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with strawberries and grapes

Lunch: Pasta with salad, pear and a clementine

Dinner: Jacket potato with low fat cheese and sweetcorn.

Snacks: 2 Alpen light bars (I was craving chocolate and this was the only thing I had in the house!)

I'm not to sure how I've done but I do feel I could have done better. Going to try out a few new recipes tomorrow:)
