SW-friendly food on the go

Will you be able to make something up tonight to take with you? Like savoury rice or couscous and some salad veg chopped into it, maybe some meat or egg mixed in too.
Or take some fruit and alpen bars in your bag to munch on if you get tempted. Drink lots of water/low cal soft drinks to keep you hydrated as I often find that I'm actually thirsty when I feel hungry.
Are these suggestions any good?

is there anychance of picking up a baked pot with beans in a cafe (prob the easiest) or packs of cooked chicken?

I'm loving these ideas. I have some cous cous downstairs which I shall prepare in the morning. I can also chop some carrots and pop that into a container. I'll grab lots of fruit, a bottle of water and cooked chicken sounds fab, though I have to make sure it is syn-free (I think Tesco do a tikka flavour, but I shall check this out!)
