Forgive me if this recipe is already here somewhere but can't find one so thought I'd add it.

2 vanilla muller light yoghurt
500gm pot of fat free fromage frais
few drops vanilla essence
sweetener to taste

Mix all ingredients together and pour in a plastic tup and place in the freezer.
Stir every 30 minutes or so to avoid ice crystals forming.
Will be ready in about 3 hours.
Totally free so you can eat as much as you like.

You can use any muller light and essense.
I have just made one with cherry muller and almond essence and it's truly yummy and tastes like a luxury sinful ice-cream!

I know some people freeze the muller alone, and that is yummy too but this is extra yum! ;)
 
Yum! I have just made some Mullerlight lollies in lolly moulds for me and the kids, we all love them. One time will get my Ice Cream maker back out and in action - it's just finding the room in the freezer for the bowl part!!! I fancy mixing a cherry flavour one with a vanilla/choc sprinkle one to see if I can recreate Cherry Garcia - YUM!

I've never managed to get this right, it always just freezes into one big slushy mess no matter how often I fork it. What am I doing wrong?
