Well that's the way I'm hoping it will be!

I have bang on 7st to loose, I would like to do it in around a year but I'm happy to go with it (I won't be saying that when the slow losses show!)

I appreciate any feedback on my food diary - I'm 4 days in and still finding my way. For instance I had smash pizza today which isn't allowed apparently (I'll use a wrap in future)

a lot of stuff has changed, anything you use as a flour substitute like the smash pizza isnt allowed, what i do is a jacket potato with a pizza filling with salad on the side :)
