Hi, not got an answer to your question, but have a question for you if thats ok, basically I am planning to go on the sw diet when I return from holiday early July, can you tell me if there are any disadvantages of doing it online as opposed to going to a weekly meeting. I have read a bit on here about red/green days etc, and not sure I could get my head round it if you know what I mean !!. Is it an easy diet to follow, sorry for rambling...xx
