I've been doing ww for a long time now.I've lost 7 1/2 st,but for months now I've sts so I was thinking of trying sw.I'm fed up of still being hungry at the end of my points :-( what do you think?
I think lots go from WW to SW & vice versa. Give it a try but I would suggest giving it at least a few weeks as you can eat a lot more free food on SW so you may find at first you gain a little, give your body time to adjust.
