Having a red day...had scrambled egg(F) on toast(HE) for breakfast. My niece came up for lunch and wanted a bacon sandwich. I couldn't resist....sinned the bread...did the bacon in frylite? Is this ok? Just seems naughty to be frying!! x
...and cut the fat off before you cooked the bacon.
Bacon is so full of natural water I never waste any of my precious frylight on cooking bacon. I buy medallions too so less trimming and less temptation to eat the fat.
