Hi all,
I've got some soup in the slow cooker (smells lovely!). Here's the recipe:
2 x knorr chicken stock cubes
1 x leek
6 x carrot
1 x swede
1 x onion
1 x can of mixed bean salad
1 x can of green lentils
red split lentils
soup mix - dried (has things like barley/lentils etc) in it.
Plan to have this all week for lunches as its coooold outside!
