What condiments/store cupboard items do you find most useful on SW?

For me, its ..

frylight (olive oil & butter)
balsamic vinegar
nutmeg
sweetener
basil
soy sauce
worcestershire sauce
rock salt

I find all the above can transform a meal into something rather tasty!

I was going to write up the exact same thread but you beat me to it LOL...

for me it's...
Eggs
Beans
Potatoes
Bananas (for in between meals usually)
Mugshots (for when I am hungry and son't have anything else in or pushed for time)
Tinned tomatoes
Passata
Fry light
Sweetner
Frozen veg

All spices for curries

cumin
cardamom
coriander
garam masala
(to name a few)

All spices & flavourings for baking

nutmeg
cinnamon
mixed spice
vanilla
lemon
almond
(to name a few)

SR flour
Plain flour
Baking powder
Splenda
(to name a few)

All sorts of dried and mixed herbs

Balsamic vinegar

Soy Sauce
Frylight
Wine vinegar
lemon juice
Lime juice
Tomato puree

As well as a well stocked tin cupboard with tomatoes, baked beans, chick peas, vegetables etc..

As you can see the SW diet has also given me back my love of cooking and baking...
