Hi,

I thought it was courgettes, peppers, fresh and tinned tomatoes with herbs to taste?

Ingredients :
2 carrots
1 turnip
1 stick celery
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 courgette
Half a head of fennel
1 leek
1.5 litres water
Salt & pepper

Recipe :
Wash and peel vegetables.
Cut into chunks.
Pour water into a large pan and add vegetables.
Cook over a gentle heat for an hour.
Leave to cool and blend.
Reheat and serve with wholemeal bread.

Hi
Mine is a WW recipe
1 large onion
4 carrots
1 courgette
1 tin chopped toms
water
herbs, vege oxo S + P
Put all ingredients into a pan and bring to boil. Simmer until veges are soft.
You can puree or leave like a stew. I sometimes add pasta pieces and parmesan cheese to serve.
