I prefer SW to Ww but after having a really appauling consultant and not getting anywhere I moved to WW and initially had good losses. Then they bought out flex which has been the bane of my weight loss. Everyone says high protein low carb works but after following it for 7 weeks I have only lost 3.5lbs and my body seems to work better and have better losses with carbs. Has anyone else found this? Going to go back to SW this week as i think my body prefers it. Getting married in July 2019 so feeling desperate. Tried on wedding dresses yesterday and I really wasn’t pretty.
