Swapping from Dukan Diet to Atkins

Good morning everyone,
I'm thinking of moving to Atkins from the Dukan diet.
The reason is because, for me, I'm just not getting any energy from this WOE.
Also, my moods have changed from this WOE.

Just wondering if anyone has made this swap, and if so, how did it go for you?
Did you put on much weight with the changeover?

Just any info would be great! Thanks very much for any replies.

Hi Monty,

I haven't tried the Dukan but wouldn't imagine you'd gain as it's fairly similar to Atkins. Am sure someone will be along to help x

I've been Doing dukan for a couple of months now and have lost a stone. I.m just a bit bored of it now. So I.m gonna go over to atkins for a while. I did atkins a few years back and lost quite a bit so I.m hoping to again. Looking forward to having salad/veg every night lol. Mind you I have to do some research cos I love my oatbran in the morning, and k don't know if this is allowed on atkins =-O good luck
