Sweet and sour sauce..

Hey all,

Iv bought some batcholers chinese rice, and some chicken peices.. and im gunna give a homemade sweet and sour chicken a go, ..

BUT. . i need to find a sweet and sour sauce, that isnt too high in syns.. otherwise il just go to the chinese and get it there, as it will still be less syns than buying the 'real' sweet and sour chicken in batter lol x

any help appriciated, taaaaa luvvies x
