Sweet Chilli Chicken

I thought this was really yummy too! I've decided I don't like fresh coriander though so I'm leaving that out next time :0)
 
Ooh, is it really nice? I saw it in the mag yesterday and wondered what it would be like. Is going on my menu for next week :) xx
 
Did you use the harissa powder with it as well? Don't know what it is or where to get it?
Also which brand of sweet chili sauce did you use?
It does look lovely...will definately try it!
 
I couldn't find harissa powder.. I looked it up on the internet and apparently it's some kind of spicey stuff...
I used the blue dragon dipping sauce stuff. It was yummy without the harissa powder so I assume it's even better with it? I can't say I missed it though.
We did it with chicken breasts instead of thigh though

We've had it twice now and DH declared it's the 'best one you've done yet'! Only used the sweet chilli and soy, but will try to find the harissa paste as I can't get the powder.
