Sweet potato wedges

Could someone please tell me how they cook theirs? I've never made wedges with sweet potato before...should I peel them first? What's the best way to make them taste yummy?

I like them microwaved so they are like a jacket! For wedges you just do them peeled chopped and sprayed with fry light! Thats how I do mine anyway
