Hi I'm just starting out on ww

Have lost 5 1/2 stone on my own but need a kick up the jacksie lol
Lost 6.5lbs in first week but wondered if anyone has any recipes for low point sweet foods
I'm diabetic so can't eat loads of sugar but wondered what other people do and make :)

I don't know if it's diabetic friendly, but a crushed up meringue with some onken fat free yogurt over the top and some strawberries. About 2 or 3pp depending on how much yogurt you have!

Thankyou I should have said unfortunately I'm allergic to strawberries, however I assume raspberries would work equally well :)

I love two puffy organic Kallo rice cakes, smeared with half a teaspoon of sugar free jam (St Dalfour is delicious) topped with some thick low fat creme freche. It is like tucking into a double wammy of jammy cream cakes. I have with a cup of coffee mid pm, but only allow myself if I have been very very good :innocent0002: enjoy. chips xx

Thankyou :)
