Sweetners - which ones?

I just went to try a cup of tea - no milk but with sweetners but i didnt know the ones i have in the cupboard are allowed ... they are 'hermesetas'

Are these allowed? I dont want to add them if they are not. If they aint which ones am i allowed?

You can use as many as you like, no limit.

i used to use 3 to 5 sweeteners in every shake when i first started depending on the flavour but now i only have the chocolate shake and iv weened myself off them now. But as is said above no limit.
