ooo i didn't know i couldn't use powdered sweetners...i've been using them in all the shakes cos they're minging without....oops!!! best get some tablet ones!
Some of the granulated-type ones are made from sucralose, a derivative of sugar. 'Splenda' does, I'm not sure about the rest though, so can't help - best avoiding the lot. (I think canderel and the tesco stuff is aspartame based, which AFAIK should be OK, but don't quite me on that.) I think a lot of the advice comes from the states where they use sucralose and sucron all the time.

But, TBH,the easiest and cheapest way to adjust your shakes is by dropping in a tablet sweetener or two with the water and powder, and it'll dissolve on mixing. We know the tablets are diet-kosher, and a packet lasts one hell of a lot longer than a jar of fluff.
