Swimming and s&s......

Hey guys new to this got 3 stone to lose..... have reciently started swimming. Have seen somewhere that it canreduce weight loss if u excersise while on plan?? Swimming 3 times a week ......help!!!!
 
You may not have a great deal of energy in the first few weeks and some people do find that it slows their losses, but ultimately it is down to you. As long as you're feeling well and losing well it shouldn't stop you. I would imagine that taking it easy until you know how you will react is probably a good choice.
