Are there any swimmers out there that can help with advice and tips?
I love to swim I'm just not very good at it. I end up having to take a break every length. I think I somehow hold my breath or go too quick. I know it's a great exercise for weight loss and it's low impact (I have a bad back) and I want to be able to massively improve.
