Swiss Bouillon

In Lighter Life, which is a similar VLCD food replacement diet, we had little soup drink sachets that were allowed as drinks. Apparently they were the same as the Swiss Bouillon that you can buy in supermarkets and which was much cheaper. Presumably as the same principal applies, you can have this doing the exante diet too? What do you think?

On the CD you can have stock type of this too! Each diet should allow you via their website to look at a list of ingredients, I would compare what's in them! And if very similar I would give them a go!

a lot of us have been using the marigold brand bouillion (green and orange tub) with no probs. Couldn't do without it!!!

ah, can you add tobasco or black pepper to the soups?...just tried my first one and couldn't eat it.....typical!!! xx
