Switching the meal time?

Any issues with switching the meal around a couple of times a week i.e. having the meal at lunchtime and a shake/bar on an evening?

It's Sunday today and we always go to my mum's for sunday lunch. It'd be nice to sit with everyone and have lunch (bit of meat, couple of pots, plenty of veg and a little dash of gravy, no yorkshires or stuffing hehe), rather than sly off and have a shake on my own...

Also, I don't mind having a bar on an evening. The cinamon and raisin ones are yummy and I wouldn't mind curling up on the sofa with a cup of tea and one of those :p

i do that all them time everyday is different for me as i go to the gym and classes i fit my meals and snacks around them, i figure as long as im eating the 2 shakes/bars and a 'proper' meal then its all ok. its nice to have the snaks for the evening, especially ifyou have only had a shake! X
