    Hi All

Well I've been on LL for two weeks and lost 15lbs so far which I am really chuffed with. However my LLC is atrocious. I've been to 3 group sessions now and she is so dis-organised and only talks about her personal life and her counselling skills are abysmal.

There is a group of 4 of us who all started around the same time. We are all intelligent women and are perfectly capable of working out what is making us eat. We have started to meet outside of the LL group and yesterday we agreed to switch 'en masse' to Cambridge. There is no other LL group near us, nor do we think the extra £25 is worth it for the counselling as we're not actually receiving any.

So as of Monday we're all starting with a new CDC and having our own weekly group/activity session. The crazy thing is we love the diet - its working for all of us - its just the LLC who thinks we're scared of her and actually we just come out with rebellious child because you can't take her seriously.

So guys, looks like I'll be in here a bit more from now on.

Hi, i di the same! My LL woman was terrible, a 2 hrs session was actually only 20 minutes because she said there weren't enough of us in the group! I switched to CD and am really pleased I did, weight loss is just as good and i'm saving money! (not actually saving it though as I'm spending it on smaller clothes :) Good luck x
