hi everyone, im fairly new to this and i bought a food directory at class last week, is this the best book for finding syn values? can anyone recommend anything else? thanks in advance x
You can look them up on the website too, your consultant should have given you a PIN to log in. I use that instead of the book, and just have the free foods and snacks mini-books to carry in my handbag for if I go out.
