This was my 2nd attempt my first turned into scrambled eggs with my filling haha
I whisked 2 large eggs and pre heated the pan sprayed with fry light, put in the eggs so makes a thin layer but not too thin once it's cooked and the edges r firmish flip it like a pancake and cook other side then put it into a strip of foil layer up Ur fillings then fold a bit at the bottom then wrap the two sides around and the foil helps hold all together whilst U eat it like a wrapper
Started 2/4/14 on sw total loss to date 4 stone 6.5 pounds
