Syn free creamy salmon pasta

I just made a delicious creamy chilli salmon pasta for lunch and thought i'd share the recipe. I made it out of what was in the fridge so all amounts are approximate.

1/2 leek
1 red pepper
Handful of mushrooms
Packet of smoked salmon trimmings (I had the sainsbury's basics pack that cost £1)
dried chilli flakes
Dried garlic
1/2 tub of quark

Finely slice the veggies and fry in fry light until softened.
Add in a liberal sprinkling of garlic and chilli.
Add the salmon trimmings and cook for a couple of minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the quark.
Add cooked pasta and coat with the sauce.

I served it with a large salad and lots of black pepper. It made enough for 3 meals, me and my sister tucked in for lunch and the 3rd portion is in the fridge to take to work tomorrow. I think it will taste nice cold too.

Delicious and totally syn free!

I know it's an old post, but I just made it so someone else may too.

Too much quark I think. A quarter of the amount would be sufficient perhaps. Add less, you can always taste, then increase.
