    Ingredients
1 pint of your favourite diet pop.
    4 sheets (leaves) of gelatine.

    Method
Soak gelatine in bowl of cold water for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Heat pop to warm-hot stage (do not boil).
    Take off heat.
When gelatine has softened remove from bowl and squeeze out excess water gently.
Add to heated pop and whisk through (gelatine should dissolve immediately).
Pour into bowls and refrigerate until set.

My daughter and I have tried this with many different pops, our favourite is Morrisons blackcurrant no added sugar pop it's called Bubble. Even added strawberries to it! :character00238: Lovely!

Wow, what a great idea! I'm not a fan of normal NAS jelly unless it has a ton of fruit in it so I think this would be worth a try.

My favourite pop is sparkling water though ;-)

May get some cream soda or tesco do a great traditional lemonade which I think would work well.

I've done this! Its really good.... best thing is you don't seem to get that artificial sweet taste that you get with jelly crystals. Going to try it with the yoghurt, fromage frais/quark mixed in next time, cos I love mousse.
