i have made syn free lemon curd for taster tommorrow what do you think i should serve it on.
i was thinking white nimble?

I ate mine with a meringue nest, like lemon meringue pie. ( i also didnt add the fromage frais) may be you could get the mini meringue nests and dollop some on??

the wholegrain crackerbreads are a fab idea! you could even cut them into thirds each so they'll go a long way.
in asda at the moment they are only 50p a box(or they were last night!) they are also easy to find in morrisons here too.

Did you really have to do that ? Its Saturday night, I'm just in from work, been really good all day and now my mouth is watering and all I want is lemon curd on white bread, you bad girl, my cheeks are even smaking at the thought of the sour lemon , bad bad girl .

syn free lemon curd?? really how? where do I find recipe? My mum does a delicous eton mess with lemon curd it would be ideal!
