Syn Free @ Morrisons

Hi
I am new to SW, this being my first week.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of free foods from Morrisons?

I saw they had booklets at my meeting for Tesco & Sainsburys and I did buy the big directory, would it be a case of just ploughing through that to find free foods?

Just trying to write a shopping list as I am now getting fed up with baked beans & baked potatoes!

ask your sw consultant, they can usually order them in for you

Go onto the website and put in all the stuff you want to buy and check the Syns. There is a shopping list function on there but I have never used it yet
